big legs
today was leg weights only. I am tired from Carson screaming in my ear last night so I am taking it easy today. I always like leg weights b/c it feels good to get a little burn in them. I like the fatigue you feel later that day and then the strength yoou feel the following days. I think this as helped to rehab my left knee and strenghten my quads and hammys as a whole.
