Today was an off day. You gotta like those days! As usual my left leg was sore after running yesterday, but it perked up when I arrived home to see my joint medicine had come in. I hope the new meds can help ease the pain. I also plan to see a therapist abour some active release treatment on my leg. I will keep you informed.
This past week was a good one for training (2hr 30min swimming, 5hr 15min bike, 1hr 45om run, 1hr 30min weights/core = 11hrs total).
