Today was a day of short workouts. This morning I had a 30min swim. After a 200m warmup I had a 1600m swim w/ the pull buoy. After every 150m I focused the next 50m on DPS (distance per stroke). For a short swim I really got a nice workout.

This evening a focus on some active recovery biking. I rode the trainer for 45min doing to technique and recovery spinning. The workout consisted of some one-legged drills followed by 10x 1min intervals on high candence/easy gear work. I closed with another set of one-legged drills and another high cadence set.
