This morning was a really strong endurance swim. I did several sets of 150m at various paces to total 3000m. The first set started easy, followed by a moderate pace set and then finishing at a fast pace set. In between the sets a put in the kick work.

I had planned a bike workout tonight but I am feeling under the weather so I decided to relax. No need to push myself when I fell like crap. I hope to get back at it tomorrow morning if I get a good night's sleep.
