This morning was an awesome day for a run! The temp this morning was 68 with a slight breeze. I did an endurance run on some rolling hills. I used my gps to monitor my pace and HR every 10 mins. I was curious to see if pace/HR varied at different points in the run. I ran 8.7 miles in 70 min and avg a HR of 136 with a run pace of 8min miles. The run felt great, I never seemed to hit any slow spots, and my pace remained pretty constant thru out the run.

Tonight I went to see Dr Z. It appears some of my issues may reside in the hip that was hit by the car last year. We did some work in that area to help increase the blood flow. I feel better and look forward to this weekend's workouts.
