This morning I got in a bike workout on the trainer. The ride started with 10x 30sec single leg drills. The main set was a tempo workout of 3x 10min (sub threshold - HR range = 130s) with 5min easy spin between intervals. I followed the main set with another set of 10x 30sec single leg drills. The total ride was 70min.

At lunch I got in 30min of leg weights and followed that up with 30min of core work when I got home tonight. Tomorrow is a run day with another visit to Dr Z.
