Other than a short core workout session on Sunday, I took the last 2 days off to relax. Its always nice to break to cycle of training for a few days to enjoy being lazy. This past week was a tough one, so I plan to use this one as a recovery week. I have 3 weeks of training left before I take week long vacation to the beach in North Carolina. One I return from NC I will have 4 weeks of heavy training and then a light week leading up to the race that Sunday. I have put a good deal of thought into my training for this half ironman and I hope it pays off with a sub 5 hr finish!
