I had a good ride this morning. My ride with Keith to Kyle and back didnt happen so I rode the the veloway for a workout on my own. My workout consisted on riding in the small chainring the whole time to make for a high candence ride. This type of workout helps build your fast twitch muscle fibers which are responsible for your explosiveness when you bike. The ride was 90min and covered about 25 miles. I enjoyed this workout but it was very taxing on the legs. The ride was followed by a 45min core workout.
